Are pets allowed in the apartments?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept pets in our accommodation due to the landlord's allergy to animal hair. We ask for your understanding.

Can I drink the water from the tap?

Yes, the water from the tap is drinking water. Unlike in other districts on Vir, where water canisters are still required, our connection to the municipal water pipes was successfully completed in 2023. Since then, you can drink the tap water without hesitation.

What are the prices?

The prices for our vacation apartments vary depending on several factors. These include the number and age of people, as the tourist tax, which is payable from the age of 12, is included in the total price. The price also depends on the type of apartment and the chosen travel period - prices may be higher during the vacation periods than outside the vacations. In addition to the tourist tax, the prices include bed linen, towels, 1 parking space, final cleaning, water, electricity, WI-FI and air conditioning. For a more precise price indication, please fill in the form for price inquiry of the respective apartment with the necessary expenses and we will make you an individual offer.

How does the payment process work?

When you book one of our apartments, a deposit of 15% of the total price is required. The remaining balance is then paid on arrival after you have viewed the apartment and found it to be as agreed. The balance is paid against a receipt.

Can I cancel free of charge?

As a rule, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel free of charge. However, we do make exceptions in justified individual cases. Please let us know the reason for your request and we will check whether an exception is possible in your case.

Can I already book for next year?

For administrative reasons, it is unfortunately only possible to book for next year after the end of the respective season. As a rule, we open the booking period at the beginning of the current season. Former guests will be informed in good time by message to the contact details given at the time of the original booking and will be given priority to make inquiries.

What are the arrival options?

There are various ways to get to our apartments: 1. by car: You can arrive comfortably by car and reach the apartment via the free bridge. 2. by bus: A bus stop is only about 500 meters away. The route to the apartment is easily accessible via a paved path, even with suitcases. 3. by plane: The nearest airport is in Zadar, about 30 km away. At the airport you have several options:
  • You can rent a car at one of the many car rental stands.
  • A bus service will take you directly to Vir.
  • You can book a taxi to take you directly to us.
You don't need a car on the island, as our apartments have an excellent location in the second row of the beach. In the immediate vicinity you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a gym, several restaurants and an ice cream parlor - everything you need for your stay! We look forward to welcoming you soon!

Can we also arrive before 2 pm?

Arrival before 2 p.m. is possible in individual cases, provided the previous guests leave before 10 a.m. and we have enough time to thoroughly clean the apartment. In this case, we will contact you in good time to confirm your earlier arrival. Regardless of this, you can park your car in the designated parking lot before 2 pm.
